找回密码需要多长时间？
The amount of time it takes to decrypt your password strongly depends on the quality of the hints you provide us. Given our prior experiences, the least amount of time spent to decrypt a password has been 10 minutes and the longest has been 4+ yearss. This is only an indicative time frame, contact us so that we can discuss more precisely. If you don’t have any guesses for your password then it’s much harder than if you have at least some idea of the password that encrypted your wallet.
使用贵方服务是否需要满足最低钱包余额要求？
无论您的钱包余额多少，我们都乐意帮助您找回丢失的比特币或以太坊。虽然我们工作繁忙，可能会优先处理价值较高的钱包，但我们会尽力处理每一份请求。
这项服务安全吗？

我会丢失文件/数据吗？
不，您的文件和数据不会丢失。我们会将副本保存在24小时监控的存储空间中。在处理任何硬件设备或笔记本电脑之前，我们都会确保先制作一份副本，并且绝不触碰原始文件。

Yes, we offer a Swiss company contract prepared by our law firm MME. MME is one of the most experienced crypto law firms in Zurich, Switzerland.

We will contact you back within 24 hours of your first email. Just be sure to check your Spam folder, in case our email ends up in there. If we don’t reply send us a new message. If you use telegram you can reach us at @keychainx

We have a physical office in Baar, Switzerland. But due to security we do not meet people there, instead if you insist on meeting us IRL its done at our law firm MME in Zurich, Switzerland.
您接受预约面谈吗？
We strongly advise all contacts to be made through mail or telegram. But in rare cases we agree to meet at our Lawfirm in Zurich or Zug in Switzerland. 99% of our cases are handled through email.
